Positive: Location was central with easy access to all town centre. Negative: First impression was disappointing....main entrance door was tired and grubby and inside the decor was also tired. Shower tray was yellow with age, water didn't drain great (thought it was going to overflow), sealant was black with mold and the wallpaper was peeling in several places. No table to eat...just a small breakfast bar fixed to a wall.

If I'm staying in Cockermouth again I'll stay here Positive: Great location in Cockermouth, very comfy flat Negative: While it went flawlessly I'm not a massive fan of these remote lettings with codes.

Positive: Good communication with host prior. Let us check in early. Good location for nice little town Negative: Was a bit tired Was a smell of curry in room, and we had our daughters wedding dress with us, before moving to venue next day, so was Concerned about that, but was ok
