Super location and the letting agency communications were spot on!! Positive: Breakfast wasn't expected, accommodation only. The location was perfect for access to the main town center, all the pubs / restauants / takeaway shops and Sainsburys right on your doorstep. There's a car park 50 yards away, which was closed on our visit due to road repars, but this should be short term. Negative: Couldn't fault anything

Nice studio Positive: Close to cockermouth center. Nice big studio. Negative: It took us a while to figure out how to use the boiler. It had been switched off and it took a while to be able to get the hot water and heating working. But when it did it was nice and warm.

Another Great Stay Negative: Absolutely nothing.

Lorton Lettings Flat 1 Positive: Excellent central location in Cockermouth. Lovely clean self contained room. Negative: Road noise as it's right next to a busy main road in the town however this is reflected in the fair price and didn't really give us any issues. Great little apartment for a short stay if you want easy access to the town's facilities.

Great Value, Great Location and very clean - would recommend ! Positive: Very clear instructions of how to gain entry to the property without having to hand over keys. Great system. Excellent location and there was everything you needed in their. It was dog friendly as we had our dog with us but there were no traces or smells of previous dogs being there. Would highly recommend. Negative: Only one negative thing was it was so cold and we could not get the heating to work properly but we spoke to the hosts a couple of times who explained what we needed to do. It was a particularly cold night when we stayed so it did take a while to get the place warmed up.
