Perfect apartment Positive: The location was brilliant and it was only 8.00 for 48 hour parking right next door. Negative: We loved it all

Good value, good location. Positive: Good location, good internal facilities, the bathroom and kitchen look new. Well designed studio flat. Negative: Boiler wasn’t turned on, so we had cold water, not any heating. for the first night. No mention in any previous communication that we needed to turn it on… Automated messages were out of date. No mention of the fact the road was shut (beyond owners control I know) outside the house, and the recommended parking you couldn’t access. Front door doesn’t feel particularly strong.

Positive: Everything was great just a shame about the road works outside the property

Super location and the letting agency communications were spot on!! Positive: Breakfast wasn't expected, accommodation only. The location was perfect for access to the main town center, all the pubs / restauants / takeaway shops and Sainsburys right on your doorstep. There's a car park 50 yards away, which was closed on our visit due to road repars, but this should be short term. Negative: Couldn't fault anything

Nice studio Positive: Close to cockermouth center. Nice big studio. Negative: It took us a while to figure out how to use the boiler. It had been switched off and it took a while to be able to get the hot water and heating working. But when it did it was nice and warm.
